Steigenberger Fitness Check
So that you can efficiently and safely train from the very beginning, we recommend that you begin with a fitness check to measure your blood pressure and body fat index among other things. Based on this information, we can put together the best training plan for you. Part of the basic fitness check includes the Dr. Wolff Back-check®, which determines the flexibility and status of the most important muscles groups.

Just feel good and give your body the gift of health and well-being, irrespective of time or place. Your personal trainer will train with you and create a special fitness programme for you.
Pilates
The secret of this method is its integrated approach. Breathing techniques, strength exercises, coordination and stretching are combined. Starting from the centre of the body, detailed exercises slowly and determinedly bring the body back into line. The body is tightened and refocused.
We offer Pilates with Personal Trainer or in small groups (max. 3 persons) excluding sauna, steam bath, relax lounge.
Yoga
The body exercises (Asanas) have a systematic effect on the entire body. Muscles and ligaments are lengthened and stretched, and therefore strengthened. The spinal column and joints remain movable and the circulatory system is stimulated.
