The Steigenberger Hotel Group is the first hotel group to receive the “Certified Conference Hotel” designation; in other words, our quality levels have passed the test with flying colors. Our conference areas not only offer every comfort, many of them already posses the special distinction of the “Certified Conference Hotel” certificate. That means they are ideal for all conference and seminar requirements and have been checked and certified according to 67 strict comfort and service requirements set out in the Certified Conference Hotel Initiative started by the VDR, GCB, IHA and DGVM* associations.
All Certified Conference Hotels have their own conference area, optimal in size and well lit. Some of the other criteria and service provisions which all the Steigenberger Hotels and Resorts and InterCityHotels satisfy include standardized quotation and confirmation procedures, professional event management with conference-specific catering and standardized information materials.
