The immaculate conference rooms of the Steigenberger Frankfurter Hof are highly sought after by representatives of commerce, politics, arts and culture. Especially during trade fairs, the hotel is often used as a forum for exchange amongst business partners or as an exclusive location for events. Offering 18 air conditioned conference rooms, including a ballroom for up to 450 persons and a Business Centre. All rooms provide the most modern conference technology.
Basic conference package
Our Basic conference package includes everything you need for a successful meeting.
- Preparation of main function room
- LCD-Projector (up to 2,600 ANSI-Lumen) and screen for up to 50 people
- Flipchart or pin board, with paper and pens
- 2 conference drinks per person or unlimited supply of mineral water
- 2 coffee breaks, with biscuits or snacks
- 1 lunch (3-course menu or buffet), including 1 non-alcoholic drink
The rates stated are valid for a group of at least 10 persons and are available for a certain contingent.

- Home made wedding cake by our own pastry chef (size according to number of guests)

- Get together with Champagne for the reception of your guests

- We provide our beautiful outside event balcony, alternatively, in case of bad weather, we will provide one of our banqueting rooms instead
