Especially during trade fairs, the hotel is often used as a forum for exchange amongst business partners or as an exclusive location for events. Offering 18 air conditioned conference rooms, including a ballroom for up to 450 persons and a Business Centre. All rooms provide the most modern conference technology.

Our Basic conference package includes everything you need for a successful meeting.
- Preparation of main function room
- LCD-Projector (up to 2,600 ANSI-Lumen) and screen for up to 50 people
- Flipchart or pin board, with paper and pens
- 2 conference drinks per person or unlimited supply of mineral water
- 2 coffee breaks, with biscuits or snacks
- 1 lunch (3-course menu or buffet), including 1 non-alcoholic drink
The rates stated are valid for a group of at least 10 persons and are available for a certain contingent.
