In the Steigenberger restaurant we only serve fresh and regional products. You have the choice: light Mediterranean or traditional Alpine kitchen. Head chef Markus Rainer and his team will seduce you, according to the arts of cooking.
We also recommend our international foods. Every menu receives our head chefs personal note with a lot of attention to detail. With his creativity he will surprise all guest, including those with exquisite tastes.
Convenience products – no way! All menus will be prepare by our kitchen staff using only fresh herbs, Himalaya salts, cholesterol free fat and olive oil. You will notice the attention to detail not only in the kitchen but also in the ambience of the restaurants. The charming and attentive staff will provide you with special moments of pleasure.

The magnificent view of the “Kitzsteinhorn” and the well-rounded breakfast buffet in the light-filled, cosy restaurant, guarantees a perfect start to the day. Soft cushions invite yon to relax and warm candlelight provides for a romantic ambience. In our “Weinstube” an atmosphere of elegance combined with rustique cosiness awaits you. The Chef prepares “down-to-earth” regional cuisine. Our sommelier will gladly advise you on the numerous wines from our wine cellar.

The spacious and sunny Lobby Bar is impressive at anytime of the year. In summer you can relax on the terrace, enjoying the fresh mountain air and the wonderful view of the “Kitzsteinhorn”. On cooler days, you can sink into a cosy chair in front of the open fire place. We will gladly serve you a variety of dishes from our small menu or fresh cakes from our patisserie.
