In the Zeppelino’S there is set a new course with Beef & Sea. From now on you can enjoy U.S. prime beef from Iowa, Hohenloher Weiderind, Swabian “Albrind” and Seafood in the restaurant Zeppelino’S.
Enjoy tender and juicy American-like meat of the highest quality – through our novel gas infrared broiler “Southbend” the meat is roasted for a taste experience beyond comparison at 800°C. This caramelizes the cells of the steak and a tasty crust prevents the liquid leaking from the steak.
This kind of preparation exists only 5 times in Germany and it is unique at Stuttgart.

Smoker’s restaurant
Smoking permitted. The separate, fully air-conditioned smoker’s restaurant in Zeppelino’s restaurant can comfortably accommodate over 30 diners. Asasmoker, you no longer need to stand outside, but instead you can enjoy fantastic food, wine and of course your preferred smoking pleasure in a truly convivial atmosphere.
