How many rooms can I reserve?
Our website allows a reservation for up to five rooms per hotel for the same date or different dates.
If you need more rooms in the same hotel, either make more reservations or contact the group reservation of the respective hotels.

Is parking available, and how much does it cost?
You will find detailed information on the hotel’s detail page under the section "Directions and Surroundings".
Free parking awaits you at many Steigenberger Hotels. In some locations, public parking spaces will be available for you. Unfortunately, you cannot reserve a parking space.

Do I need a credit card to make reservations?
Your credit card information is required to guarantee your reservation in case of late arrival.
Special rates, for example, the early bird rate, require a prepayment during booking. Here we need your credit card information.

How can I change a reservation?
You can request your reservation under the section 'My booking'.
There, with your surname and reservation number, you can see and edit your reservation.

What payment options does the hotel offer?
Steigenberger Hotels & Resorts accept cash in local currency, bank transfers, EC and Maestro cards as well as the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
