How many rooms can I reserve?
Our website allows a reservation for up to five rooms per hotel for the same date or different dates.
If you need more rooms in the same hotel, either make more reservations or contact the group reservation of the respective hotels.
Do I need a credit card to make reservations?
Your credit card information is required to guarantee your reservation in case of late arrival.
Special rates, for example, the early bird rate, require a prepayment during booking. Here we need your credit card information.
How can I change a reservation?
You can request your reservation under the section 'My booking'.
There, with your surname and reservation number, you can see and edit your reservation.

What do I do if I have lost my reservation number?

The payment options vary per hotel. Basically, we offer credit card payments (Diners Club, JCB International, Mastercard, Visa, American Express), Klarna, IDeal and PayPal.
