12 eggs
375 g flour
375 ml milk
3 pinches salt
3 tsp baking powder
120 g sugar
240 g sultanas
12 tbsp butter
3 tbsp icing sugar for sprinkling

How to make it:

Separate the eggs. Mix the egg yolks with the flour, milk, salt, baking powder and sugar to a smooth batter and leave to rest for 10 minutes.

Beat the egg whites to a stiff egg white and carefully fold into the dough. Then add the sultanas.

Put 2 tbsp butter in a frying pan and fry a crispy pancake at medium temperature. Flip the pancake and add the remaining butter. After baking, tear the pancake into pieces and sprinkle with the icing sugar.
