The comprehensive wine list with approximately 500 items is a true sonnet for connoisseurs and wine lovers, and alongside many top vintages it also offers one or two insider tips. Experience the finest haute cuisine in the exclusive ambiance of our Michelin-starred Restaurant Français at an unbeatable price-performance ratio. At the "Soirée tout compris", every Friday you will be served with a three-course menu created by Chef Patrick Bittner. Maître d'hôtel Nils Blümke and Sommelier Sebastian Höpfner serve a glass of champagne for the aperitif as well as a 0.375l bottle of wine per person. Mineral water and coffee are also included.

We dedicate a very special evening to the bulbous mushroom. In cooperation mit our partner Bos Food, Patrick Bittner presents an extraordinary 5-course menu. paired with truffles. Ralf Bos serves corresponding wines and explains some background information about the precious soil plant.
