Steffen Mutzberg is new head of the VIVUS kitchen

Passionate. Dynamic. Focused. The Steigenberger Bellerive au Lac is not completely new to the new head chef at VIVUS Restaurant & Bar. Steffen Mutzberg already got to know the VIVUS in the position of Commis de cuisine in 2004 and 2005. Afterwards he gained profound experiences in renowned Swiss kitchens like the “Krone” in Assmannshausen or most recently Eden au Lac. With his very own, unique culinary signature he already earned multiple awards like remarkable points of Gault Millau.

Now he is coming back as kitchen head chef at the VIVUS Restaurant & Bar. He is accompanied by special expertise, ideas and the clear goal to make the big difference with a new, highly motivated kitchen team. One is for sure: The culinary direction will be different, with finest delights and full of new impulses.
